After being born and raised on the West Coast, Nelson has become home for over 26 years. She owned her own business for over 10 years in the Brightwater community while raising her family.

Her principal goal in managing her portfolio is to use her knowledge and experience to manage your investment through her ability to build relationships with tenants, owners and tradespeople alike is key to a successful management. Her strengths lie in finding solutions for owners and tenants through great communication and her attention to detail meaning clients can be confident their investment is well taken care of.

 Sharon has her NZQA Residential Property Management qualification (Level 4).
